Regularly voted Venice’s Best Restaurant.  It is renowned for its seasonal menus that ebb and flow alongside the venetian lagoon & Mediterranean sea.  When the lagoon closes for a few weeks twice a year to let the fish population replenish, so does the restaurant. .
